The SELECTION PROCESS
Mustang Reserve begins with a unique barrel selection experience. Susan Higdon, the winner of a Santa’s Workshop silent auction item, gathered friends for a private tasting, sampling a carefully curated selection of barrels and selecting two that will become Mustang Reserve Black and Red Label. The chosen barrels will be bottled as this limited release.

Black Label
Bold and expressive, Black Label opens with notes of caramel and honey, delivering a rich, sugary sweetness up front. As it develops, a gentle heat builds to balance the profile, finishing warm, smooth, and satisfying.
